Three Types of Muscle Building Protein

Sunday, July 26, 2015

In an effort to form strong muscles, then you need a nutrient called protein. You could take advantage of the protein of foodstuffs daily. But unfortunately, the proteins that we get from food is often not sufficient to build muscle. In fact, if we want to build bigger and stronger muscles, not only do weightlifting alone. But we also need a high-protein food source. Both fast and slow absorption absorption.

For this reason many factory started to produce a wide variety of processed protein. The form was mixed. There are powders such as milk, no liquid, there is also a form of tablet. In this article, musclehack will discuss protein powder. What are they?

1. Whey Protein

Protein this one certainly is no stranger to the bodybuilder, and my friend who just the gym for an ideal body shape. Whey protein is a type of protein that easily absorbed by the body. So, no wonder if many people took it’s along to the gym. Because it is easily absorbed, the whey protein is very soluble in water. Whey protein is itself divided into three types:
Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC)

Although this is a high quality protein, but WPC still contains carbohydrates and fats in small amounts. The level of concentration of protein in the WPC itself as much as 70%. WPC suited taken soon after training or in the morning as a substitute for milk when the levels of protein in the body is low. You also can take advantage of WPC to make beverages such as juices, milkshakes, or to make healthy snacks.
Whey Protein Isolate (WPI)

WPI is a refinement of the WPC. WPI is more pure, and has a protein concentration as high as 90%, or even more. The fat content is also less than WPC.
Whey Protein hydrolyzed

Whey protein is a whey protein that is easily absorbed from the two whey protein before, having been through the process hidrolisasi to simplify the chain of amino acids contained therein. Therefore, some experts argue that the WPH is not a substitute for food, and is not recommended for consumption like milk. WPH should be consumed before or after weight training, to improve the amino acids in the blood plasma so as to accelerate the anabolic processes in the muscles.

2. Casein Protein

The opposite of whey protein, casein protein is a type of protein that is slowly absorbed by the body. Casein protein also has characteristics not easily soluble in water, and is agglomerate when mixed with water. Because of its slow absorption, the casein protein serves to supply the protein into the tissues of the body that need.

Casein protein is well suited consumed at night, approximately one hour before bedtime. Because when we sleep, our bodies basically being "fasting" so no nutrients intake. Whereas at that time, our muscles are doing recovery. Therefore, the consumption of Casein Protein before bed is very useful in muscle development. Protein types of casein itself there are two kinds, namely Misellar Casein and Calcium Casseinate.

3. Beef Protein

Beef? Beef? Yep! Correctly. Beef protein is a protein that is made from beef that has been discarded fat and cholesterol. Don't worry, Do not look like a 'real meat'. It just look like another protein powder, makes it easyl to be consumed.

Although beef is the slow absorption of protein, but the beef protein is actually easily absorbed by the body. In addition, beef protein also contains BCAA and creatine which is good for the growth of this protein otot. Beef protein well known in the market with the trademark named C ****** R.

Actually there is no other kind of animal protein on the market. For example there is egg protein and milk protein. However, both types of these proteins seem to be less popular than the three types of proteins. Happy bulking!
